The Food Safety Center of the Sinodiet Group under the Group’s Operation Center is a professional functional department responsible for guided learning, inspection and supervision of food safety, fire safety and production safety in all stores. Through the introduction of the international advanced quality system ISO2200 and HACCP, and based on the current situation of the Company, it is in charge of developing a quality management system that is suitable for practical operation, and simple, effective and quantizable for implementation, ensuring food safety in subsidiaries, improving the Group’s food safety management system, and building a new model of food safety supervision in the Group.
Food safety supervision duties:
1. Food safety inspection and training in stores
2. Technical support for food safety in the Group's subsidiaries and stores
3. Building of regional model stores and 4D kitchens
4. Formulation and implementation of food safety standards within the group
5. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual food safety appraisal
6. Release of weekly, monthly and semi-annual food safety technical guidance posters
7. Learning of latest national and international food safety documents and guidance in application in stores
8. Analysis of food safety incidents in the industry
